From Northwest England to North Texas
I'm originally from the Northwest of England. Nearly 30 years ago I crossed an ocean and started over in Dallas–Fort Worth, and I've been putting down roots here ever since. Along the way I've lived in Coppell, Arlington, Denton, Aubrey, and now Highland Village. So when I tell clients I understand relocation, it's not a marketing line. I've unpacked the boxes, learned the school districts from scratch, figured out the commutes, and yes, hunted down the best taco shops in every town I've lived in. Ask me. I have opinions.

From the Classroom to Closings
Before real estate, I was an educator, and honestly, I never stopped being one. In more than a decade as a licensed Texas REALTOR® with Orchard Brokerage, I've guided hundreds of clients: first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, investors, and families relocating from across the country. My job isn't to sell you a house. It's to teach you everything you need to know so you can make the right call with confidence. Neighborhoods, schools, commutes, market strategy, all of it.
